THAT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
Alan brother, sorry to hear about the (FRIEND) brake job. Those kind of jobs usually "Sting" the person that is doing all!!! I've been there a few times. We (R.C. and I) walked around the front of the house, around your truck and I'm guessing 64' Chevelle a couple times. 
Finally went up to the front door. Asked if "Alan Could Play" and I guess it was your wife (Pretty Lady) that told us "Alan isn't here"...
No problem at all. Glad you atleast got the brake job finished. Too bad this "Friend" didn't do better for you!
Well better get off here. Now the keyboard is moving around abit. You all don't have a CLUE how many times I've had to back up and fix some spelling!

Y'all ever heard of a Bronco Pluss????
Tim found this thang called a Bronco Plus on "The List" this last week. Looke like a Bronco II to me that somebody added onto the back side.
This is a Mongaloid looking thang! Looks like a Bronco II that somebody added to the back half. BUT THIS is an UGLY THANG!!!!!

Alan I think I was at Oreillys when you were.
I remember a guy at the counter holding 2 head lights, and he asked the woman with him what year her car is, and she said zero 3, something or other. I don't remember what make car she has.
I was returning the wrong shocks and getting the right ones for my truck.
I may get around to installing them tomorrow. Today was a bust. I went and did a side job, then it was starting to rain, so I gave up on working on my truck today.

Well did the tail lights get fixed? Sounds like a fun day for all, we had a appt, ect.... in Spg and just got home with out leaving any money at Bass Pro. Working on the Bronco tomorrow and hoping the weather is nice.

Bob, I was just thinking the exact same thing. But maybe down in the park so we don't upset the neighborhood with so many Ford trucks parked about. I'll bring the Ford, no sweat, but the kids and Mrs. will be in the Olds family car. This ain't no crew cab I got here. It's tough to squeeze five of us in a standard cab. We could do a pot luck deal BBQ. Everyone bring something.

I'm on my way outside to finish my grill install. I forgot just how much fun it was to swap a grill on these things.
*Side note. They must've changed the core support from '78 to '79. I remember vividly not having to drill any holes going from a '78 grill to a '77. The '79 not only doesn't have the holes drilled for the older buckets, but the outer, upper holes on the outside of the grill are in a different spot. Not by much, just enough to not work. I'll get some pictures and do a step by step deal for all that are interested.

Whiskey i thought you grabbed those header style manifolds out of the back of my truck. Don't let me forget next time your down here. so when I am ready for it who wants to help me drop my trans and throw a clutch (thanks again whiskey) into my truck
