I used to Park Turbo's under a tree, I built a big garage later, guess why ! Those birds here eat berries its like pine tree sap only orange/purple. Paints silver Turbo's Pokka-Dotty !
Back in the early 60s, we had a tree next to the driveway with leaves that resembled an oak, but red berries that you'd swear were holly.
The robins showed up 1 year just as the berries were over-ripe and fermenting. The technology didn't exist back then, but I wish I had a video of what happened. The birds literally got drunk, crapped all over the 2 cars, and proceeded to use the cars like rides at the state fair. The car was an absolute mess, one of the robin's lost its footing, and slid down the windshield. Like any drunk that discovers something new, it had to try it again. Then his friends joined in. The birds were covered in their own feces, but they didn't care. And watching them slide down the front and back windshields was absolutely hilarious!
I have a holly in my back yard, every winter Mid February, 100 's of Robins show up to eat the red Berries and get drunk, they perch where ever to sober up.
