Great pics, as always....keep em coming! Good luck on the job situation! Are you going to go back to detailing? I have been doing some detailing on the side for a few years, but have been afraid to try to make it my full-time job as we have the same type of winters here....not many people spend $$$ on detailing in the winter here.
yeah i'm gonna do detailing / plowing for now. i dont have many monthly bills so i'll get by just fine. the fact my stress level has gone down 10fold was well worth it!
theres more to it then that, not going to put my whole personal life story out there but. its a big house and i need to take care of my dad. i'll leave it at that.
its funny, i quit my job last friday. now i'm allready getting booked the rest of this week and next for details! making much more then i did at my fulltime job and i'm my own boss! gotta love it!
dont worry i'll end up paying at the end of the year. since it wont be taken when i'm paid i'll have to pay out come april 2012 but oh well thats life. i delt with it before i'll deal with it again. luckly there are some deductions that come with it though, supplys, miles driven..ect it just takes alittle more time when doing taxes.
i know when i worked in rv industry up here my boss would buy used trucks and detail them and sell them also, so ya detailing is hot for resellers, and people that just like to have a clean vehicle, the insides get pretty dirty up here too
yeah. since it stays under the freezing mark most of the time in the winter, you can keep a car/truck clean for a good bit. most of my clients are family friends. i also work with a company that has a fleet of high end suvs that they like to have done once a month. so theres plenty of demand. it just makes it alittle harder for me since i have to take them down to the was it yourself carwash then bring it to my garage.
buisness licenses run $100 for a year, and you get them through the state not the muni.
Sounds like you have the same issues I have with the car wash...unfortuneately my garage won't fit anything taller than a half ton, so that leaves them till the warmer months.
