Suitable for work? I work with Sailors, you would be surprised (maybe not) at what is acceptable for the work environment. Then again if you look from a CO's point of view it is a bit different.
I can concur with the "read this first" not being read. There are signs on the doors at my work (at eye level) directing personnel to do something before exiting the building, and they never do it.

tom, i never worked in an office because i'm not some limp wristed fairy, so idk what's "suitable" to say in one. i will however tell you that i've never said anything on here that i haven't said in the workplace out in the open. yeah, i'm "that guy".
p.s. if you've never told your companies c.e.o. a dick or fart joke you aren't living.
p.p.s. i miss hitting on the old ladies at work to get a rise out of them. that always brought teh funnays
p.p.p.s. wtf is a racial epithet???? is that what it's called when i used to tell the messicans to stop being lazy ****** and do their job or i'd call la migra on them????
nope, that is just being a Dan.
i consider a racial epitet calling a hispanic a taco, spic, beaner or using the "n"word or slaves for a black person.
basically anything that is an insult to a certain ethnic race.
i got a mexican buddy who's nickname is taco. i went to h/s with a black kid i called n-word joe. he hated white people and called me cracker dan. we got along great. his older brother drove a pink cadillac. no b/s.
i agree with you on some of that, but ya got to remember, what we say to each other in fun is not the same as what is read on the internet.
on the net, you can not read sarcasm or brotherhood in a monitor
