If you don't know 'em yet, there are some great honky tonk & outlaw artists still going strong that the radio won't touch. Dale Watson, Whitey Morgan & The 78s, Hank III, Lucky Tubb, Rex Hobart & The Misery Boys, Hellbound Glory... and many, many more.
Just find 'em on Youtube, you won't be disappointed.

bet my mood ain't gonna get any better today. got my test results back, and i have hypertension, fancy way to say my blood pressure is through the g/d roof. my wife and mother are gonna nag the crap out of me to quit drinking and start eating leafy green crap. screw that!!!! i like beer and cheeseburgers. i always get lettuce and tomato on them, and ketchup is damn near a veggie. that's healthy in my book

Dan, cut out the salts, and cut back on the stress and beer.
those three things will make the difference in drugs to control the high B/P or not.

truf. i am currently full of stress, loading up on beers, and plan to cook me several burgers in a few hours.
p.s. i only took the blood pressure meds for a month. they made me feel like ****. haven't been back to the doctor since. heart attack FTW!!!!!

six strips of bacon, 2 lbs of ground chuck, a 1/2 lbs of fries and a pack of popcorn shrimp. nom nom nom. too bad right before i finished cooking that i threw up most of the beer in the kitchen sink. took a drink and it went down the wrong pipe, coughed gagged and blew chunks. i hate when that happens
