Guess back when Joe first showed here, he was lookin for a D60. Ed said he had some, and if Joe found him some parts, it would go to payment for said D60.. Joe found parts, Ed, blocked him, and dissapered...

Especially when they befriend you and then rip you off, hopefully some of the parts Joe gave him fall on his head!

Even in Northern Ca. you should be able to find the bolt in D60 for less than $1000.
Matter of fact, I believe that there are a few 78/9 D60's up there.
You secure me a 78/9 D60 front, for a decent price, and I will allow you $1000 credit towrds either a ball joint or king pin Dana 60 that will fit your truck.
I have two of each.
Or you just have to lookin your area. Those axles are easy to come by.
5 minutes and I found these:
Dana 60 front and rear, Dana 70 HD rear, Dana 44 front
1989 Ford Dana 60 front, kingpin, 4.10 gears
dana 60 front end ( 1chevrolet 1ford )
Here is a complete truck. You could upgrade your engine to fuel injection.:

Gotta look for them I just bought a good 88 F350 for 800 bucks. This was a complete running truck!
Parts are out there, and you will be much better off installing a better axle up front. You will be wasting money trying to make your TTB axle bullet proof.
Too many weak points in this axle.
