they've been blasting bassy dance/rap music **** all day, and it appears to be a flop house so far. the property manager told me they were a nice young couple with a baby on the way so they "would be good compatible neighbors for us". so far i've seen 4 adults and two kids over there, as well as 3 vehicles, two of which are parked in the yard <--something i was threatened with a possible eviction over :mad3: we have a small drive way and it only fit two cars long ways, they have 3 parked side by side and if these are all going to be here all the time i'm going to pitch a fit.
here's where i live for a visual reference. mines the one with the open door and bronco inside.
me and the wife tried to take the daughter out back in the yard to play this morning and they have a little yappy ****ing dog that went right for her the second we went out the back patio door. it was on a leash, but the part that i take issue with is we were told no pets allowed when we moved in otherwise we'd have a dog right now. if i go out back and step in **** i'ma be quite pissed. it also seems as though they have half of their **** out on the back patio including some huge ****ing tree/plant that touches the roof.
back patio pic for reference. both pics are off of a reality website, not current.
we've been here a year and a half and in that time we've had 3 other neighbors and not one single point of contention. these ****ers have been here a day and a half and have already hit 3+ strikes with me :mad3::mad3::mad3:
Any of you e-tards know if there is a difference between power brake pedals and manual brake pedals on a 79 F250?
Looks like my manual brake MC rod is about 1/2" too long. So if there is an actual difference I guess Ill either shim the MC out or modify the pedal slightly.
Idk if there is a difference on that, but when I converted from boost brakes to manual on the old 74 E 300 I had, was a bolt in deal with the rod supplyed with the master cylinder.
If it is indeed 1/2 inch too long, I'd just shorten the rod.
lol, know what I hate more? chevy motors in Jeeps! Muthatrucker screwed me out of my X class run because he was skeered I'd take his $800 payout away from him. little biotch!
The one here is a stretched fiberglass cj tub and clip painted grey primer with some chebby crap. Dude is an idiot and always complains about everything. He even complained when the rail guys (3 car!) decided to combine the 2 class purses that they were in and split it evenly between the 3. Basically each driver got $933. He said it was unfair. The owner had to make the payout regardless, who cares how they split it if all 3 drivers agreeded. Just a *****!
