Just be super careful with those drum brakes Jesse. I don't want to see you or anyone else get hurt if they can't hold. At least replace all the shoes and the wheel cylinders and drums.
Already got all new hardware up front, plus I assume the brakes on the Sterling will be better thent he ones on the Dana. I will be careful, I dont want to hurt anyone or myself. I want to be able to come on here every day and talk and BS with yall, thanks for caring Evan =) Kind of the heart touching moment I needed at the moment.
dang, those guys over in the FE section are really forcing you to keep things original. i would throw the 427 crank in it, get 410ci and just tell people it is a 390.
I hated those closed knuckle designed axles.. I had an old 77 high boy with them, and when I put some rather extreme large tires on the truck at the time, the upper king pin on the drivers side where the linkage hooks up, busted all the bolts! I had threading issues gallore afterwards! Great job so far!!
if you are wondering what was said... i dont remember exactly (beer) but from what my girlfriend and could remember (yes i showed her too) was that you dont know what your talking about, couldnt find your azz with both hands and a map. also something about running on the drag strip with $8 re-tread tires. he also took a shot at the other guy, but i dont remember. i was in the process of ripping him a new one when the post got pulled. he really pi&&ed me off. all of that was uncalled for. you are there to learn not be insulted. what a jerk, he rubbed me the wrong way the first post he made.
iam not sure, i think a moderator must have pulled it. because if he went back, the lil edit thing would be there. besides, he dont strike me as the kind of guy to second guess himself. moron.
