Makes me miss my '75 F150, 390, C6. That thing would go anywhere.

Check out this guy's swap. Might have some pointers for you if you PM him.

Well today was more then exciting. I used some Dawn dish soap to kill out the gassy smell. I rubbed it in with a wire brush, and it killed the smell out. So then I worked on the floor board. I still have a little more to do before I am completely done with the drivers side, but I should have it done soon. I also took out the instrument cluster, the radio (That was Obamanized in there) and the heater controls.

Good job on both. As long as the patch job is solid, who cares what it looks like? You're just putting your feet on it... lol

I'm suprised at how well the frame still looks!
That truck is gonna be BA!
Look at all the front springs!

Also I'm suprised to hear someone from chicago approve of "OBAMANIZED."

That is definately going to be an interesting build. I look forward to more pics.
keep in mind you will have to use the Sterling rear axle. This will allow your speedo to work and the tranny will not shift correctly without the reading from the VSS in the axle.

Good luck, Awesome project.
