Im running 16.5x14 rims on my 39.5x18 boggers at 12psi in the rear and 25psi in the front and have never popped a bead and Ive been in some pretty rough pits. I need to weld on some bead lock rings but thats mostly due to the rim slipping inside the tire.

I wouldnt think twice about running 14" wide rims with tires in the 17"+ advertised width flavor...especially with a more normal 20+psi in them.

Dillin,
Im at a loss too.

ok well just forget everything i have said no big deal...i was at work this morning. bossman told me he just bought a cut-out laser...hopefully dillin learns how to run this thing to make some wicked sweet parts. I was talking about redoing my radius arm c wedges, because i wasnt dead on. But im scraping the whole entire stock setup and making 100% custom ones if thats what you want to call them.

much better.

make something similar to this:
Axle link / coil mount brackets (2)

use good joints on both ends of that massive 2.5" DOM youve bought along with some decent 1.5 or so DOM with some kevlar heims for a track bar and youre golden.

Infact, I think Cheeto may have a set of these brackets he'd be willing to sell.

its pretty cool having access to a lazer table but its extremely hard to beat $30 for a set of brackets like this. The time setting up the program is worth that.

ok dont freak out im going to finish this truck, but my buddy has a 88 ranger 4x4 with a 2.9 idk? with junk tranny, im trying to trade him my 89 2wd ranger 4cyl for it, already got half tons laying around. defantly wouldnt do a crash build like this because my wallet wont allow it, but just slowly but surely i would love to make my self alittle trail rider!!
