Thanks guys...Mike, Brandon, Jim. I guess I get worked up a little too easily.
Jim don't feel down. I think the skill you have is a fabulous one. I wish I could do some of the things you can do. The economy and job market is just in the tank right now. I've seen a few electrician jobs around here. Heck I even think the railroad Randy works for was looking for an electrician at one point in time.
Big plans...Randy wants to go to a gun show in the Quad Cities area tomorrow. We're going to have lunch there somewhere and just drive around and check it out since I have never been there. Supposed to be nice (in the 50's) this weekend so we're going to try to take advantage of that.
Did she make some good cartoons?
I'm more worried then down. I have to think of J-L now and I have to provide for her. With all that is going on now it is pretty stressful. I even got a visit from the PD and they had a report that I stole J-L. I showed them the court papers and all was ok.
I know that I may have to move from the area because the job market here is horrible, factories are laying off and the cost of living is very high. Our electric rates are some of the highest in the country.
Righ now I have to just take it one day at a time. My main priority is taking care of J-L and making sure that she is happy and worry free. I wish it was the end of April and the court date for the permanant custody was over so that I had some direction.
All I know is that thank God for all of you here. The support is unreal. It really helps me alot!!
Have fun this weekend it sounds great! J-L made 1 cartoon and bookmarked the site. Thanks for sharing the link!!
I went to school, and met with Heather, Frances, and Gina tonight. The other 2 were friends of Frances' when she went to William and Mary. Mishelle...wow...
I got dibs on Mishelle... wow may be the biggest understatement ever.... I like how she spells it, Mis for mis-behaving and hell for, well you know...
Good morning everyone! Lisa, I wasnt kidding, if there was a way to hire you I would, in a heartbeat. Too bad I'm small potato's still. Getting bigger every year, but this year will be a setback for sure. Just gotta push on through somehow....I'd hire every one of you if I had that kind of power...

Jim I don't know why life insists on picking on you so much lately...but you sure as hell don't deserve it.
What J-L needs the MOST is a supportive and loving parent. She has that. Everything will work out. It will. It always does. Sometimes its hard to keep that in your mind...especially when in the thick of it.

Jim- Take it easy. Put your faith in the man up stars and he will provide.
Sunday My Boss's 84 y/o mother went up to the front of the church after service to pray with our Pasteur for help with her back surgery that is coming up. Shes 84 going on 60 and is in amazing heath for her age. She left the church and mentioned that her back was feeling better. By the end of Sunday she had taken her back brace off. She had her pre-op appointment yesterday with the surgeon. She walks in there and he is looking through her MRI that she had on Monday shaking his head. He turned to her and said "Well, There is nothing to operate on!" He told her that he looked through it 20x's and even had two other doctors make sure he wasn't screwing something up. She went from needing 3 vertebrae fused to "Nothing being wrong" in a matter of weeks! He looked at her and said "I have no medical explanation for this. It is medically impossible."

That's why I take it one day at a time Lisa. 2hrs until I get to pick her up from school. I know that it will work out. I pray that it is in my favor. The lawyer seems to think so, I just pray that the judge see's it the same way.

Nolan when you have time give me a call. I know that the man upstairs dosen't give you more than you can handle, but sometimes I think that he forgets that I'm not superman anymore!! When I was younger I thought I was though!!!
I went to bed at 11:30...I'm not sure what I did to convince you guys that I am lazy and lackluster.
Who said you were lazy?I just said it must have been the gym that made you tired.L've seen lots of housework going on but never seen a need to go in a gym to see what goes on there

I only went to bed an hour later than you, I had to wait for the last load of laundry to finish drying.

Jim, you are a great person and even better father!! J-L is a very lucky little girl to have you as her daddy!! If my dad would have fought for me when I was a kid I wouldn't have had to have seen 1/4 of the crap I did growing up. We have a great relationship now but he was a piece of work when I was growing up.

I mis-read everyone's comments...felt like people were giving me hell for going to bed at 11:30.
I'm no good out of work like this. It's really taking its toll on my self-confidence.
