Jim, you are a great person and even better father!! J-L is a very lucky little girl to have you as her daddy!! If my dad would have fought for me when I was a kid I wouldn't have had to have seen 1/4 of the crap I did growing up. We have a great relationship now but he was a piece of work when I was growing up.
Hey Cris, Thanks for the vote of confidence! 1hour to go before we can hang out forthe weekend!!!!!

I'm no good out of work like this. It's really taking its toll on my self-confidence.
Don't let it get you down Lisa. Your an awesome person! I give my right arm to have some one like your self or Cris in my life!! I mean that.

Don't let it get to you babe, I haven't worked in 6 years and it still gets to me at times. I was telling you a little of it earlier this week.... You just need to wrap your mind around that fact that even though you aren't bring in money you are taking care of your family and you can't put a monitary value on that. I know what it's like to not feel like you aren't worth anything because you aren't working outside of the house but most times staying home is just as much work, just not the mind stimulating like you are used. I might get flamed for saying that but I have to look at it that way so I don't beat myself up for not having a job right now.

What are you doing this weekend Cris?
Not really sure, Chase has to work tomorrow so we will be home while he is working. I think we are going to work on the blazer's tranny while Chase is at work, damn thing has a horrible leak. I have no idea what's going on Sunday, probably just a typical day of hanging out at my parents house with the kids riding quads.

I just turned this up really loud and sang along, Chase looked at me like I was crazy
No offense intended, but I think I'd do the same thing if my mom did that.
Except my mom's in her 50s.
On another note:
My prediction yesterday of the saw just being in a mood was correct.
I think it may have flooded itself. When I went to pull on the cord today I dang near ripped it out of the saw because it was so much easier to pull. I think the saw may have flooded itself as it was sputtering. Or I may have inadvertently flooded it somehow. Not sure how flooding it would cause it to die like it did, but I went to it today and it fired right up and idled perfectly well for a good 3 or 4 minutes.

I'm only 28 but I can see where seeing your mom or step mom sing that song could be a little weird.
Glad the saw is working for you today!! I would be really pissed off if something with about 10hours on it crapped out already.
It's a pretty simple device, but it works very well for what it needs to do. Basically the wheel just has a bump on the side with a spring loaded lever that presses the nozzle of the paint can.
Edit for Ray: It probably was operator error. I'm not even close to understanding how half of those saws work. I just know how I'm supposed to start it, how to shut it off, how the chainbrake works, and pulling the trigger makes it go more faster.
I'm doing well, thanks for asking. Everyone is holding up very well, even my brother. I'm working on the eulogy this weekend, and the final service is on Tuesday morning. I hope they don't mind having dogs at the grave site. Thankfully EVERYONE we've dealt with has been wonderful, which has been a blessing for my mom.

Thanks Jim.
I'd like a Cris in my life too.

I know you are right. I don't see why you'd get flamed for any of what you said.
I'm having a really hard time adjusting out here in Iowa...that is fairly obvious. The no job thing really adds to it. I'm keeping the faith.
If you talked to Randy he might argue the fact that I am taking care of him properly. LOL.
Thanks Jim! See Lisa, someone loves us!!!
Yaaaay! Lets go be Jim's wives.

Maybe the crazier you act, the more he will want to be out on his own doing his own thing....and the more he'll want to move out..
