If there is one good thing that can be said about this situation is that Jamie survived the attack, and that the medical technology these days for heart disease is very well established.
It's been caught and with some lifestyle changes, plus whatever else needs to be done, there is no reason Jamie cannot live well into her 80's.
.
My BIL has had two heart attacks now and he's only 46.
For him it was all in how he treated himself. (WAY too much beer and cigarettes, along with being very overweight.)
.
Jamie, get well soon.
Haven't had time to go back and read the thread, just wanted to let you all know I made it to Colorado without (much) incident. I'm with my family of course so my time on here will be limited. Leaving for camping early tomorrow morning.
I drove all through the night last night, only stopping for potty breaks. That is a marathon drive, even worse when its nighttime. I haven't slept for 30 hours and I'm somewhat delirious, but happy to see my siblings.
well...back from my walk with Lana this morning...we went to Tempe Kiwanas park for an hour...she was so wound up when we left that I went over to the ASU Research Park and let her run around there too...she was in and out of the man made lakes there and had a great time...
it is overcast today and we had a few sprinkles...
