I have a blister on the bottom of my right foot about the size of a half dollar...
doesnt really bother me walking on it...just climbing into the truck hurt a bit...wondering if I should drain it or leave it...worried about infection if its open...
You shouldn't walk outside without shoes in this heat dude. I personally would leave it alone for as long as you can and if it bust open just keep it wrapped with some sports tape or something like that.

How hot is that Dan? I like spicy but I don't like to burn the other end if you catch my drift...
If you don't roast the peppers beforehand, then it is VERY hot, all the way through, and yes it will bite you in the end.
I tried to make it once with just Jalapeno peppers because those Thai chilis will burn you all the way through if you don't exersize a little self control, but then it just wasn't hot enough for me.
Roasting them really mellows them out and makes it just right. I can eat the stuff straight out of the jar, but it's a little salty for that.
It makes a great garnish for a hot dog, hamburger, fish 'n' chips, etc.

Thanks for the recipe and the tips Dan!
Guess so, I don't have the right parts so I will have to take your word on it.

You just don't have the right person trying, EVERYTHING can be duct taped if done the right way
