mornin Cris!

I have a blister on the bottom of my right foot about the size of a half dollar...

doesnt really bother me walking on it...just climbing into the truck hurt a bit...wondering if I should drain it or leave it...worried about infection if its open...

You shouldn't walk outside without shoes in this heat dude. I personally would leave it alone for as long as you can and if it bust open just keep it wrapped with some sports tape or something like that.

Yep. Leave it be if possible. It will heal way better if left sealed.

If you don't roast the peppers beforehand, then it is VERY hot, all the way through, and yes it will bite you in the end.
I tried to make it once with just Jalapeno peppers because those Thai chilis will burn you all the way through if you don't exersize a little self control, but then it just wasn't hot enough for me.
Roasting them really mellows them out and makes it just right. I can eat the stuff straight out of the jar, but it's a little salty for that.
It makes a great garnish for a hot dog, hamburger, fish 'n' chips, etc.

Sounds really good but I am the whitest brown you will ever meet and can't do really spicy. lol.
