My current 2003 Eddie Bauer V10 Excursion with 76,000 miles
- SOLD for $10K
My replacement vehicle = 2003 Eddie Bauer 7.3L Excursion, 132,000 miles
- purchased for $13K
Both vehciles are 2WD and are the exact same color scheme (two-tone white over tan).
The new (for me) Ex checked out clean from all standpoints (VIN, Title, Flood, Wreck, etc.), and its OASIS report revealed no concerning issues whatsoever. The vehcile is on the other side of Atlanta, and I'll go over to pick it up two weeks from Saturday.
Obviosuly, I'm taking my AE and floor jack to check out engine codes, ball joints, standard engine running tests, etc., but by all appearances and after talking with the guy (who is a DOT inspector), I believe I've got a good clean vehicle.
On edit: good luck Brendon and mornin' everyone. Slow for me at work too but that's OK. Sun's shinin' and I got to think of a way to get the afternoon off...
man if I could make 350% markup I would be a happy camper.
thats funny. Caleb is a goat roper. lol
morning everyone.
Ed
I don't think that is "ropin" he is doing to that goat!

Im off to the store guys, wont be back till after midnight (yay another 12+ hr day! ) Hopefully this rain holds off and we can get back to selling some stuff for a change.
Have a good day guys and dont do anything I wouldnt do..
Just spent close to two hours out front trimming bushes and I thougth I was going to pass out at the end. Thank god it's nice and cool inside my house!
I've reached a point where I have to re-apply my focus on my home and family much more intentionally than I have been for the past couple of years. My family is not yet at a true crisis point, but I have to "stop the bleeding" so-to-speak before it gets there, and it is simply going to consume a lot more of my time than I've been giving.
I will continue monitoring my PM's and will continue making covers, but not much more than that.
I'm going to miss the fellowship we have here, but my family comes first, and I've simply let that true focus slip too much from where it needs to be on a practical daily basis... It's been sort of like trying to hit a target you're shooting at with BOTH eyes open... you just can't guarantee dead center shots without the proper focus!
