FTE Parts guy, very sorry to hear about your wife leaving.

And now for some good news.
One of the mechanics that works next door drove up on this bike today.
I thought at first it was simply a mid life crisis, but then he told me that he built the thing himself!
The cleanliness and attention to detail won him first prize at the Snohomish meet.

He does have it for sale, but I have no part of that, I'm just very impressed with the way he built this bike. Every hydraulic line is hidden or recessed.
Not a drop of oil anywhere on the bike.

The kid who got hit should've known better than to stand right in front of the kid throwing it.
what i find even dumber than standing there and getting hit is the fact he did not learn his lesson, and stood there watching it almost happen again 2 minutes later!!

Yea. The kid throwing should've kept throwing it into the dumb little snot's face until he stopped standing there. I know I would have.
Of course I probably would've gotten a yellow card for that though. (Yellow card means you get thrown out of the game for 15 minutes and your team cannot sub in for you)
I used to have some of that. Then I found FTE and everyone decided to help me spend it.
Steady work doesn't start again until August if they want me back there even. I can't imagine they wouldn't. The lady who wrote my checks likes me so we should be good to go. She controls staffing their little store. Hopefully I can get them to let me out into the packing house to run a forklift for a while and maybe pick up a few hours that way.
I'd be happy just running a string trimmer around all the buildings cleaning everything up a little.

My pay check will be spent on a new phone, tires for thr superduty, gauges, a winch, and a bch of other stuff I need/want.
In all due respect, I bet if I felt, you would feel pretty good right now!!
Get better ok
Morning all.
You bet if you felt what?
In that case, yes, it would make me feel MUCH better.

Good luck Brendan. Have a safe move. The weather should hold up for you this week.

Thanks for the thoughts, Jay. I am good friends with the realtor, found out today that she is not losing the house, that it actually has two contracts on it. Dunno what she was thinking. Looks like we'll be able to get that stuff outta there.

Pete, I'm sorry you're going through all of this and I don't mean to make light of your situation, but the way they are hooking you up to that machine - it sounds like one of us hooking up an AE to our trucks waiting for "that thing" to show up again so we can catch it.
You have a scanner hooked up checking for codes.

Thats a nice looking chopper. Some people are just so damn talented, and you just never know and then one day they surprise the hell out of ya.
