Step 1: Get a bunch of old half-dead horses on the cheap.
Step 2: Teach riding lessons with them. Get the kids attached to the horses.
Step 3: Get parents to buy horse for their kiddie at twice what you paid for it.
That's what the local stable does.

Evening all!
busy day today...
Lisa, I had a huge garden in NH, prolly 30 x 60, with no less that 20 varieties of veggies...
I tried tomatoes in a container here, but as they ripened the birds would eat them!
I thing I might try again this year...and as they start ripening, I will used screening to protect them.
The soil here needs a lot of nutrients added...I will have to find out.
I see a lot of homes with wildflowers instead of lawns!
