our avg temp for today is 83°...we will be 20° below normal!

Nope. It has snowed here once, and I dont think I'd even call it a snow. Snowflakes fell but it never accumulated, not even the grass.

Heading out, for vacation, or permanently?

I go home for a week over Thanksgiving in just a few weeks. If it keeps snowing the way it has there, makes me glad I'm taking the train.
