Damn lucky again Tom, are you alright and is the truck alright?
me and the truck are fine. all he did was hit the hitch enough to take his headlight out. did not even touch the bumper this time.

It's like a zombie movie, except instead of zombies they are all after Tom, trying to hit and/or steal his trucks.
it is this pain in the *** job.
if i want the big money, i have to drive 30 miles to the job.
or i can drive the 1 mile to the shop and take a company truck. but that pays $20/hr less.
Hey, has anyone dealt with a torn rotator cup? I am in almost my third month with this damn thing, and instead of better, it is getting worse? Is this normal?
torn rotator cuff is a long term heal Pat. 6 months physical therapy did nothing for me but make the pain worse.
i was ready to get surgery when i talked to my parents chiropractor. he practices acupressure. 6 visits, and all the pain was gone.
that was 3 years ago. the only time i get any pain now is when i try to do something i shouldn't, and then it only hurts for a couple of hours.
Good luck Jim, I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya.

how's everyone today? I'm feeling... LAZY. HA! I woke up at 4AM, took the dogs for their walk, and it was POURING rain. Joy. So, after 30 minutes of that crap, we returned home, pups got their treats, and I crawled back in bed. Just work up about 2 minutes ago. Now it's time to brush up on techie stuff - I have a phone screening today at 5PM. If y'all can spare a little extra mojo and send it my way it'd be much appreciated.. but keep pulling for Jim!!

Just checking in really quick to let you know that they offer me the job and I accepted!!!! What a huge relief it is for me. I applied yesterday morning and they called yesterday afternoon to schedule an interview for 9 am this morning. By 10 I was offered the position. This is still pending on a physical and drug test. The drug test is a no brainer and I am hoping that the surgery that I had doesn't interfere with the physical. It shouldn't though.
I want to thank all of you for your support, encouragement, and most importantly being the friends that let me vent, and lean on during the past year. Each and every one of you are the best. !!
The name of the company is Pavestone. They make concrete block products patio pavers retaining wall blocks stuff like that. They sell a lot to Home Depot. I will be the only electrician for the entire plant. My "duties" are not just electrical though I will be working on hydraulic and pnuematic systems and welding and fabricating also. Pay is really good and the benefits are good too.
