Ed!! My parts came in today!! The guy tried to deliver it to the wrong place!
We are 12078 and across the street is 12087...its vacant...so I figured he messed up!
anyways...I looked at the part and it looks right... I will try and install it tomorrow!

Third floor could have guest quarters with full baths and decks galore!
