Yea she is. It has been nuts here. Yesterday she came by we had an argument, she did 99.9% of the yelling and then went to the police station and told them that I hit her. Long story short the cop didn't beleive it, no marks or bruises from me punching her in the arm. Well they had to call to see if the judge would issue a restrrining order om me. The judge said no way, the funny thing is that this is the same judge that is hearing the case on Tuesday. She now knows that the ex is trying to pull all sorts of stunts.

That's the short version of the story.

Cris I really do hope you get your headache figured out one of these days. Imagine the relief you'd feel if you woke up one day and it was gone.

Thanks Ed, my step mom has giant brain (chiari) too and had surgery almost 3 years ago. My scans show no signs of that, although at this point I would take that over an undiagnosed 26 week headache.

smooth deflect to Lisa.

hmmm, well at least they checked for the Chiari, our HMO at the time wouldn't even help us, wasn't until we said we are getting a second opinion at UCLA and they said they weren't paying for it, we told them we didn't care and we are not asking them for permission. That's when the HMO screwed the pooch and told our company insurance account rep that they were waiting for the test results for our test we were paying for.

Bam!

they got the full bill for the surgery and we didn't pay a dime.

get another opinion, don't ask for permission from a HMO you don't need to, they almost killed my wife with there pills and lack of treatment.

I rather be in debt and alive then suffer or worst dead.

Oh your telling me Lisa. Mike got the long version on the phone tonight! My lawyer has the reports from FL. They would make a good basis for a novel.

It's good that everyone there was aware of the situation and didn't feed into it.

I know I must sound like a broken record, but she is just making things better and better for your court case.

On a different note: I'm trying to convince corporate (dad) to sponsor the purchase of a topside creeper and I'm hoping to have it by the time you're here. I'd imagine having one would make a WW install or anything along those lines a lot easier. I know there are a few dusty footprints on the inside of my engine compartment as a result of working on my EBPV and fuel filter. $276 for a foldable TS creeper + extendable tool tray on caster wheels doesn't sound too bad to me.

Edit: I don't know if you could really make a movie or write a book about all this, Jim. It's too ridiculous to be believable.

Jim, Sandy ask how you were and she was shocked at the accusation and everything that transpired. You'll be fine with the juggy wuggie we thinks...

Well Jim I think you need to write that stuff up as a book! That would be a best seller!

The messed up part Pete is that it is all true! I can bring my foldable staging along also. it makes life much easier.

If you bring your staging along that's great. I'll still work on getting a topside creeper since I won't have you there all the time and working off a ladder isn't terribly comfy.

And if you're sending everyone on vacation I'll trade my vacation in for a DP Tuner and some body work on the truck.

The top side creeper is a nice addition to every shop!! I hope that you can get one.

If I get that rich I'll take care of all 3 for you!

In that case.. you write that book and I'll help advertise it.

I'm guessing I'll be looking at 3-4k for body work/paint on my truck although I've yet to get an estimate on it.
