I wonder if it would ever be comparible handling wise?
Also definately gonna go with a supercharged engine, I want that thing to fly!
Handling wise? probably not, but, you could get close!!!
We've been dabbling with the idea of putting a turbo on the Z.

Good morning everyone. Nice day again today. Gonna go scouting this weekend and hopefully get some stands set up for deer hunting the first weekend of November. Supposed to be snowing Saturday. Woohooo
Thanks Jay. I think both of us will see snow this weekend, that should put you in the mood for hunting.
I still plan/hope to build a replica Cobra, and the 5.0 mustang drivetrain is perfect for that. Not so front heavy, but still plenty of ponies. I'd REALLY like to build one with an STi drivetrain... 600hp all-wheel-drive Cobra... drifting that would ROCK!!!
I do have to admit I like being able to keep parts on my kitchen counter, take my time rebuilding things in the kitchen...lol. soak parts in the sink... Oh it is going to take a very special man to deal with me....lmao
I could use more tools. My folks and my bro live next door and between the two of them they've got more tools than NAPA.
It's a pain in the a$$ tho when I need to borrow something. quarter mile across the field...

I dont think any real man would have a problem with parts in the kitchen. Right now I have a set of hubs and 5 gallons or hydrolic fluid for my dads john deere on my kitchen table.

i picked up a 21gal air compressor, 100' hose, 25' hose on a reel, and some air tools a few weeks back for $170. Sad thing was the guy selling it comes out to meet me drinking a beer, his brother is smoking, and they're selling this stuff because their electricity got shut off.... how is it people can be on the edge of eviction but yet have cigarette & beer money???
Thats a pretty good deal, I need another air compressor. Ours froze up not to long ago. It is about 30 yrs old though.. and the little one we have for nail guns and little things cant keep up enough to take off one lug nut.

Have a Dr's appt in a few hours. Booo!
I like that black craftsman. Right now I have three toolboxes, not including the gun cleaning and maintenance toolbox that is just for gun stuff.
I have a mechanic buddy with a custom order set of purple craftsman toolboxes and those things are nice.
Ive driven a Z and they are nice little cars, couldnt own one though.
Good luck with the Dr appt!

Roush stage 3 mustang is what you want. They didnt make them in the body style you like but the suspension is set up for autocross and its a supercharged 4.6. My ex girfriends dad had one, I learned to drive stick in one. That car had some *****. 365 hp and 375 lb tq if I remeber correctly, which isnt that much but the way it was gear and the fact it was so light it FLEW. Runs high 12's IIRC.
good but my dad is really irritating me. The truck I've been looking at, the guy will take 1500 for it and If its in good cond. Im going to get a hell of a deal. I have the money in the bank, all i need to do is run down there and get it. Im getting antsy and my dad is telling me to wait. UGHHHHHHHH
as of this morning spa temp is up to 79 degrees and no leaks, so i'll be putting the covers back on and testing the waters tonight.
The fireplace and the drinking feasibility test was completed last night while looking for leaks. Drunk dialing was completed to Jim & Jeff and Clay, Clay was the only one who would play. I was bored so what better way to pass the time then to mess with those goobers.
