Jason: Even in the same series of machines same brand just different sizes controls can be different. The little hitachis have a pattern switcher the dealerships always go to backhoe controls on when they come in. So every time we get one we have to flip the pattern switcher over to excavator controls. So for the most part they can be set to run the same controls, but it isn't guaranteed.
It really is a different experience going from a mini to a full-sized excavator. The larger excavators respond differently than the minis.
Brent the only tip I can give you as far as running equipment is get as much seat time as possible. It is really the best teacher.
I just got a phone call from the place that I interviewed on Thurdsay. I made it to the final 2! I have the 2nd interview Monday at 10 am.
Even if I don't get this job I will be satisfied that I gave it my best shot. Hell out of 200 applicants I make it to the 5 that they interview and out of the 5 I make it to the final 2.
So maybe next time this week I will be actually employed.
such negativity!!
the only reason they are even calling you and the other guy back is to make him feel he has a shot at it.
you got it in the bag.
it is your time for good things to happen.
remember, good things happen in threes.
the last 2 times you were at bat, you hit home runs.
this is your third time at bat, and you are gonna hit it out of the park!
i can feel it.

I could be persuaded to make my wife dinner this weekend. I am thinking stir fry may be good.
Stir fry is good...hell any food that a man makes is good. As long as it isn't burned past recognition.
