FTE now has a CT chapter! We somehow scraped up 5 guys from this piddly state to form up a chapter.
Congrats on the new chapter!! Did you have to get your brother to join?

At the rate we've been getting snow lately, probably sooner than I was planning.
Nothing wrong with getting the 7.3 now

Since I don't know who moved this thread I wouldn't want to hazard a guess as to why. Best guess is a simple miscommunication since not all of the mod/supermod/admin are on the same page all the time. I'm not aware of any new issues anyway.
Thanks for keeping us in the loop Scott! Is there any chance of getting our little family moved back up to the 7.3?

Like I said, it's all good, Scott. Maybe the "Super Mods" or "Admins" should CHECK with the forum Mods first, before doing this. It's getting really old, and it's getting folks pi$$ed off because every time it looks like we have things worked out, some "super-admin-mod-geek" comes along and effs it up again. How do we fix it, Scott? Make the first post some kind of disclaimer stating the thread is okay to be there and shouldn't be moved without checking with the forum mods first? I'm just trying to come up with some way to keep this from constantly being bounced back here in the GNA forum by "helpful" super-geeks.
I don't know who moved the OT thread to here. Like Scott said it may be a message to him and myself. I'm sure that who ever moved it if they wanted to let Scott or myself know they would have.
That's good that you didn't have to recruit your brother. Are you the chapter leader?
I know Brent is the one to ask about framing, I kinda directed the post toward him.
No. In all honesty I don't even have the 30 days required to be a regular member nevermind the 60 you need to be chapter leader. I joined here on December 7th. Today's the 5th of January.
Hmm... Just noticed that I joined FTE on the anniversary of Pearl Harbor. Interesting.

On anothe note it's hot down here today. 78*
Damn (is that word still okay) Jim, that is pretty warm. How are you liking the warm weather?
Grrrr, and i didnt even get a chance to read the 4th one. Oh well, at least I'm caught up on this one.
How's the weather? We're supposed to get snow tomorrow night, changing to rain wednesday. It would be so nice if it simply SNOWED! None of this slushy ice crap. Its a pain in the....well you know.... to shovel the sidewalks at work when we get that stuff.

That makes it even worse, Jim. Whoever it was can't even talk to the friggin' forum mods?? That sounds VERY childish to me. What gives with these guys?
EDIT: I'd kill for 78* right now!! It never even made it out of the 30s today. My trees are coated in ice.
If it's anything like Houston then you're in for it.
I think it's worse on the FL coast than Houston, Scott. I grew up on the Gulf Coast, and it's nothing for it to be 96 & 98% humidity. But you know what?? I'll take that 6 days a week and twice on Sunday over 115-120 & 7% humidity that I had to deal with all summer!!! That friggin' SUX!!
