Nope, not mine. That was a Suzlon Turbine in Illinois,,, Mine are Vestas Turbines and I'm in Washington. They are lucky that it didn't get unbalanced and take the whole thing down, like what happened to this one!!

That truck could be a Ford..my dad had so many trucks. Come to think of it I know he had a Chevy during that time period but I think it was orange. He also had an International pickup truck that he converted into a log splitter...wish I had that truck. That green truck, yeah it might be a Ford.. I'm don't know the 70's trucks well enough to be able to tell you.

Who knew that Star Wars sent Flying Minions to destroy our Tower of Power with Light Sabers?!?!?
So, to catch up...
I got a bit busy suddenly at work. We had some last minute testing to get done and I just got home about 45 minutes ago. A good 12 hour day today. And I put almost 500 miles on my truck that I get reimbursed for...
So although I started out strong, I had no time today to keep it up.
Horror movies... I love good ones!! Growing up, the two movies that scared the crap outta me were the Amityville Horror (back then, we all thought it was REAL), and Poltergeist. I don't think there have been any movies since that have had that much of an affect on me. Except maybe Face of Death, but did you know a lot of those are FAKE? It's a mix of real & fake stuff, so take it with a grain of salt. I LOVE the Saw series!! Can't wait to see Saw V!! I have Saw through Saw IV on DVD. I also liked the Final Destination movies (I have those, too). But I guess it had to do with me being like 12 when I saw Amitville & Poltergeist being the reason I remember them making such an impression on me.
Snow... You all can have that stuff!! Park my **** on a nice tropical beach someplace with a hot babe next to me and a cold beer in my hand. I grew up in PA and went through the blizzard in '78 (or was it '77??). I hate being cold -- it gets too cold here for me. It was in the low 40s when I got up this morning. YUCK!!!
Last thing -- NICE 'STANG, man!! I sold my Black '84 GT Conv in the mid-90s. I dropped a 351W & C6 Auto in it after mutilating two T5s. Man, those were WIMPY trannys!! Here's me dropping the 351 in mine:

I miss that car sometimes......

EDIT: BTW, the dark stuff on the tranny is where I cleaned the engine. A lot of crud ran off the back & down the tranny. The guy I bought it off of had it stored outside, but all the important stuff was covered. I think it was a little damp still when we were dropping it in, too.
