Hey Chris (F350-6), Thanks for the reps. Put me up to 5 greenies!!! I actually posted those gauge pics as a response in the DIY High-Idle thread, but it was such a handy thing I figured I'd post it here where *EVERYONE ELSE* will read it. LMAO!!!!
(Chris mentioned in his reps that the gauge thing I brought up here probably didn't belong in the OT, so I figured I'd answer him here)
Anyone know right off hand how much they are if you have an account with NAPA? Ive had one at NAPA since I was 18 (first business). Wonder if they still have me in their system??? If I do still have an account I wonder if I could buy a bunch and give them to yall for my cost....is something wrong with this mindset? Just thinking out loud really...dont have anything to lose as far as the account goes!
I guess Ill stop by NAPA tomorrow while im going to Sears and check on my account. My 1/2 rachet snapped on me...never seen that out of my Craftsman tools before...1st failure!
I had a bunch of No Fear stuff in during high school. Also had the Reebok Pumps at some point during my school years. Never had Hammer pants though.
Gas here for the last two days has been $1.99...yes, under $2.00. Diesel has been at $2.81.
Old school odometer here. None of that fancy stuff.
Jacob, NAPA filters are Wix filters. One in the same, just branded differently for NAPA specifically. Last time I bought one from them, I mentioned I could get it for $20 online. I walked out of NAPA that day with a 6637 that only cost me $20.
I've broken more than one Craftsman ratchet. Usually because I had a cheater bar on them. All of them warrantied without question. I've also broken a few sockets, which were also replaced under warranty. Most of those were because I was using them on an impact gun. The guys at Sears don't have any idea that spider cracks in a socket are caused from an impact gun and really shouldn't be warrantied though. Cool thing about breaking the sockets is the new ones are those nice ones with the size laser etched in it, which is much easier to read.
