I'm a LOT more modest than I seem here. "Hot" is something I'm not exactly used to being called.
Its true. You're right at the perfect age too. Young enough to still keep up, but old enough to be able to handle it...

Nice I like it. When I get home I'll show you guys what the No. 7 buck tattoo looks like. My brother and I actually designed it.

You should. It doesn't really hurt all that bad there isn't anything to be afraid of.
I've got 2 tats so far, and have been collecting ideas for my next one - 1/4-sleeved on my left arm - probably be a combination of symbolism from my ancestry - Irish, German, & Native American - all B&W though
i can see getting your kids' names as a tat, or part of one - but this one idiot i know got HIS OWN NAME put on his arm.... then again, he probably was stupid enough to forget it some days
12 yrs ago I looked VERY different - long hair, ears & nose pierced... then I grew out of it - tats aren't like that - i take MONTHS to find the right design, and then it finds me - it's like something i wasn't born with, but should have been
nice design on the elk, and the lines look crisp - just remember not to scratch, SMACK!
Hold your hand? Man, getting inked is relaxing.... last time I read the paper
I whine and cry like a baby through the whole thing. I have a fear of needles, when I had surgery I told the nurse she had one shot to get the IV in and if she missed I wasn't going to get the surgery. I am a big ole baby... but love tat's so I suck it up for just a lil bit.

Really, I was able to keep it in for both babies. The only time it has been out was when I got new ring and had to put it in.

Wait, I'm not afraid. Just thought it was silly for someone almost in their 40s to get a tat. That's something you do in your 20s. LOL...
BUT, and Eagle & Flag does have meaning to me. After so long, it would a be fitting reminder of my years in the military. The more I think about it, the more I want to do it. Now to convince the wife that I want a $500+ tat. LMAO!!!

Dude, stop thinking about what other people think.
Think about what YOU want. In the end that is all that matters. Plus the wife will think its hot.
I'm still chuckling thinking about Brendan with long hair and piercings...

I may still. The guy I had lunch with got one (like what I want), but he has a bunch already so that was no surprise. He found a guy that used to be in the Air Force, so he'll give us a really good deal. He's getting a huge one with lots of colors -- something like a $1200 tat for less than $600. I may go see him...... then ask for forgiveness instead of permission.
EDIT: CRAP!! There's something in there that this forum doesn't like, so it's staring it out. It's not obscene, either. Hold on, I'll try another trick...
EDIT2: It's fixed. Had to use TinyURL... Don't know what it didn't like...
Scott, Joe..or anyone else...if you have a specific design in mind for a tat but you can't find exactly what you want, let me know and i'll work with you until we come up with something palatable.
Scott I have something like a 1,000 fonts on this computer. I can typeset a few up for you if you'd like.
I dont know, it just looked like it was gonna rip or something! The doc thought we should take it out. So, she did. Good for keeping yours, there cool. I once upon a time had my left ear pierced, it was very cool for awhile, now, thats long gone.

LOL!!!! I had mine pierced TWICE. Wore a small hoop in the bottom one and a diamond stud in the top one... Long gone too, methinks.
I stayed pretty little with both girls, the doc never said anything to me about it. I am not sure how cool it is, I am almost 30 and still have a belly ring. I am wondering what the cut off age is for keeping it in, when does it go from hot to ewwwwww
