Troy was playing basketball when he tore his, guess he was hauling butt down the court went to stop to put up the shot and his right leg slipped. He was in surgery 2 weeks after it happened, and chose to have a donor ACL, since at that time we thought my sister was doing fine with her donor one. He only did PT for 3.5 months before our ins. put a stop to it. He is going good now, back to running 6-8 miles a week, just chomping at the bit to play some sports. I keep trying to tell him that he is not in his 20's or 30's anymore but he doesn't listen.
Marley tore hers doing gymnastics last summer. She was also in surgery about 2 weeks after it happened. Went in for another surgery 3 months after that to have her plica band removed. Though all was going good until she went back to tumbling 6months after the ACL surgery. She heard a pop again and returned to PT. They told her that she just needed to do more strength training. She did that for 2 more months and wasn't getting better. Finally decided to see Troy's doc instead of hers and had another MRI. Come to find out her ACL was GONE...... Her body absorded it or it's floating around somewhere, we have no idea. She had to have a 3rd surgery to remove the old hardwear and have bone grafts put in to fill the holes. Come to find out, the first ACL was not even in the right postitions, she never would have been right even if it had stayed there. This time she went with the hammy.
Both, Troy and Marley, were on percocet. Troy also went through all my left over pain meds from my knee surgery.
I don't think having a DUI will get you out of jury duty, I have family members with them and they have even sat on DUI trials.
East Bound and Down, lmao, I love that song. You could use that song as redneck identification. If you're caught dancing and/or singing along to that song, you're caught.
I have most of them copied and onto itunes, but my computer is having issues with a few of the Cory Morrow songs. It wont transfer them and it freezes up and flips me the bird when I try to import songs directly off the disc. I'm sure my Mac will have no issues with them when I go home tonight.
I did listen to "big city stripper" out of pure curiosity before I started transferring files.

and I thought I was the only one whose computer did that occasionally. although I have seen ipods,,, never owned one... hopefully its a while until I see what the big deal is about,,, too busy buying machine tools right now to spend money on something like that.

I don't believe I've ever even seen an Ipod. Any music I like just makes me miss someone I don't want to miss anymore so I just listen to talk radio.

Actually, ipods are pretty cool. Its just a memory storage device that holds all your music. I have the adapter in my truck and thats how I listen to my music in the truck.
I am really hard on stuff, and I shouldn't be allowed to own a disc because I'll scratch the holy hell out of it. Hence the Ipod.
Good morning every one. I woke up to a great suprise this morning Poison Oak all over me
Man Nick, I'm extremely allergic to that crap. Every time I get it I have to go get a shot from the doctor. There aint but one place they give you the shot for it too Also careful what you handle after you scratch!!
