Bored, home alone and nothing to do, I need to build my shop sooner then later haha! The woman is at work still, she has parent-teacher interviews tonight.

So far so good. I let the dealer talk me into them with the promise that if they screwed up as bad as those Bridgestones, I was going to enjoy beating his ***. Well, they are covered under all types of warranties so I am not going to worry about it.

I did learn something today. I may have Bridgestone where I want them. Their seller put class d tires on my truck. The truck requires class e. The tire was not strong enough for the truck.

But I can sure tell the difference from a 6 ply to a 10 ply tire. It is a snap to handle, the wiggle in the *** is now gone, I just have to watch mashing it in a curve, it will come around now if it breaks traction.

I know Morris, I know!

And Cliffy, that would be deadly!

When I lived near chilliwack they had a pick-a-part there, and I spent alot of saturdays digging around in there. Sandi didnt like that so much though, she got kinda bored with that haha.

There are 3 good Junkyards near me within a hours drive that carry a lot of our trucks I hoping to find a 460 FI set up with everything there for project SuperSnake.

Paul, when you go up a few sizes in tires, the D and E rating isnt quite as important as the stock ones.

Like the 285 8 ply (D)tires I have on my truck have a higher load capacity per tire, then a 265 10 ply (E) ply tire stock tire.

Just something to remember when checking out tires

We had a good Thanksgiving holiday Jack, it was last month in Canada.
I need 6-15'' tires for my goose neck flat-deck trailer, wish they were 16"`s instead. I have a few kicking around, more than good enough for a trailer.

Well I think I may have a set of 33 inch tires still, but Im guessing that is too big.

235's I knew you were gonna say that. I have a few of them but they are more of a spare tire type tire then a good trailer tire.
