So for diesel we are paying 4.32 a gallon, and gas is 3.60 a us gallon.

In us dollars thats 3.60 a gallon diesel, and 3 bucks even a gallon for gas.

Thats if I did all the math right.

I assume you also calculated in that the Canadian gallon is bigger in quantity then the Americian gallon.

I suppose you could get a crown if you buy your gas from Burger King.

Well "The King" sure beats that trash served by McGutrot and Hardums. But I don't buy gas, I am strickly "Dino." And all of those fast food junk joints do give me gas. Too bad I can't capture it and burn it in the tank!

yeah,
we could only run 2bbls and exhaust manifolds at the tracks i've race at!
if i could run a 4bbl and headers that 318 would build around 400 plus horsepower. easy! my neighbor and i race his street stock out at rivercity speedway out in ST. Helens oregon with his car and we did pretty well.
i race bertha there for a couple season then i had ti park her. and i just been pitting for him the rest of the time. hey we made the cover of stock car racing magizine in aug, 06'! bertha wasn't in it but the yellow 01 was. he drove a 77 firebird. i was his crewchief for 3 years when we were racing on dirt. and believe it or not we raced with slicks on dirt!!

Yeah Jack, we are getting too old for that stuff now. It takes too long for the pain to go away if we get hurt.

Your fuel is definately a lot cheaper than ours, but this states tacks on about $.45 more in taxes.

paul and guys,
we don't have a sales tax out here. and paul you got that right. part of my shoulder problem is from being bounced around in a race car and the crashes and hanging on to the steering wheel and getting hit. thats just something i have to live with. and i've been dealing with it for 20 years.

Let's see, left ripped out knee playing high school football, left arm falling off of mom's roof breaking wrist first time, complete back, sand pit at Rucker, left arm above elbow left shoulder, left collar bone and shoulder blade falling going up stairs, left wrist falling on same damn steps again. Yeah, I have really raised hell with my left side. It is a wonder that I don't walk in a circle to the left.
