Morning fellas!

Morris your right, Shelby is all ready keeping us active, she isnt even 4 months old yet, and is juuuuust about crawling. She also really likes to be slung over my should and going for walks, and LOVES to go to the pool so far. Guess im getting a gym membership in december for when im off of work (even though I have a fairly nice gym set up in my basement!)

Sherm your lucky you got to go trick or treating! We missed out this year for that, but Shelby got to go to a baby halloween party, and a halloween dance which she loved!

That's really the only chocolate I like. I'm not a big eater of sweets. I like flavored peanut's or something lightly salted for a snack.

Never get rid of that equipment, you'll need a place to hang laundry from, like at our home.lol

Haha no kidding eh!

I have a rack I am building from material I bought from work then its complete. Not a huge setup, got a heavy bag for muay thai, and general punching heavy bag work, treadmill for that oh so lovely winter cardio, then a bunch of olympic weights.

I just gotta make sure I dont end up hanging stuff off it it and use the damn stuff like I have been haha.

That`s an excellent idea and a win win since the inner city kids need the treats alot more than I need those calories.
