I pretty much did the same thing as you. I didnt slide around with the backhoe though, it has really good traction and not near as tight steering, unless ya use one rear brake haha.

Only thing i forgot to do today was yank the batteries outta the zero turn, d'oh.

My bike has been in storage for a while, all I have to do is to remember to give the battery a charging in Feb.

I didnt ride mine as late as I rode the xt last year. Last year I rode as long as I could.

My KTM needs new tires and I thought I would call it early this year, and do a tire change and a bunch of other mods I have planned over the winter.

Not one damn time Morris. Shelby was born on July the 12th and due to the crazy birth she had, plus how hard the birth was on Sandi, we opted to leave er parked in the shop. We didnt get camping either, but are looking at fifth wheel trailers and Sandi and Shelby plan on almost living up at the lake next summer! Then Ill have weekdays home alone to finish projects, and bike up to the lake every friday. Sounds like a great summer to me!

Did you get out at all? Did you just get a boat this year, and what kinda boat? I cant remember if you mentioned having a boat before.

That`s what my son does, takes the 5th wheel to the lake and the family stays there for most of the summer. What lake do you go to?
I bought an old boat this past spring and the motor gave me abit of grief, likely I`ll look for a newer, bigger one this spring.

We actually dont have a lake. We go to a bunch of different ones. Ones we have went to more often are Candle (we are pondering selling a bit of land up north to buy a cabin at Candle actually) Whiteswan, Tobin of course, and Jackfish. We go to blackstrap cause its close but just for boating not camping.

We used to camp alot when I was a kid, so I have many favorite lakes out there, and most of them are quite far north of La Ronge.

Did you get yourself like a lund fishing type boat or..? My father has an engine i think hes getting rid of, 25 horse merc I believe. What size of engine are ya looking at getting?

I`m not real serious about alot of boating so I like something close when I get the urge to go.
I have a 14.5 ft with a 55hp, it runs well for about 20 minutes or so then it loses power but no miss or strange sounds, just down on power. It starts and runs real well till it`s warmed up so I don`t think it`s anything serious, it seems like it`s a lack of fuel.

What brand is it? Im pretty handy with small engines and I doubt it is anything serious either, alot of those engines are pretty tough engines, might just need a tune up and I bet it runs like a champ again.
