got my CAI on... truck runs awesome with it, but now i got to figure out how to load the tunes on the tuner from the computer!!!

SCT Xcaliber3. its a programmer/tuner for our trucks. i had 5 star tuning send me updated tunes with the CAI, but i can't download them. seems like i need to reformat the tuner as John had to.
