It got up +8* today and the snow slid of the roof on the shop, I expect it to come off the house some time tonight and frighten the heck out of us while in a slumber,lol. I'd rather be resting right now to get over the worse of this cold before I start my night shift, it's feels like hell working underground with a cold.

 

Anice day here too today. Just got back from the dentist. I had a tooth ache all weekend, and found out I need a root canal. The only tooth I have with a filling. On pennisillen, and get the work done next thursday. Dentist's scare the crap outta me. Hope you fell better soon John. Dawn stayed home sick with a cold today. Have a great evening guy's.

Morning Fellas. The spring temps have brought water and excess mud to these parts also. I'm having a love/hate relationship with it I think I'll accept it and pray for more though, the warmer it gets the faster everything will dry up!!

Get better John and Dawn. Grant, you must have a grease free household. You always have a touch of Dawn there Root canals aren't that bad. I had one, but womens Olympic beach volleyball was on the TV so thats all I remember That and the smell of the decaying matter when the dentist was cleaning out the inside of the tooth. I had a nasty weekend where I couldn't get far from a toilet. Stomach is still a touch unsettled, but I'm able to eat and move around almost normal.

Had a great sled trip to Hecla Island last weekend. Resort there is TOP NOTCH!!! Super pleased. Great for the family, good food, adult side of the resort was AWESOME!!! Blew a belt on the way there just before crossing the big lake. So I heard everysingle noise for the 1/2hr drive across. Took the long route back and as the weather changes, looks like there will only be a little playing in the big drifts out behind my place as I can't see the field crossings holding up after a couple days of sun. But that's ok!!! Logged 4050KM's this season, not too bad considering my other 15 buddies logged 300 due to the "low snow conditions" Kinda glad I didn't blow 20G on the big boy sleds
Middle of doing tear out here at home. With no truck to pull trailer close to house it's a bit of a carry to the dump trailer
Time to get back in shape anyway and this is a great start!!!!

I took my sled out for one more rip sunday, glad I did as there is no snow in the fields now. Now my back yard is turning into a swamp.

Morning Fellas. Doesn't take long for the sun to turn everything to soup. Along with the wonderful change in weather comes the change in driving conditions. Our highways were extremely icy yesterday am. One of the teachers at my daughters school was killed in an accident on her way to school. Its a small town and a small school, so everyone was quite affected. She was 48 years old, very pleasant and loved by all staff and students. Life is fragile, please be very careful out there everyone!!

Right now it sits a bit higher that the panel does, will see what it is like once there is some weight added to it. I don't have the coil over shocks in yet because they forgot to ship the proper bushings with them. Its all got to come apart again anyways for sandblasting and paint as soon as the weather gets better.

 

How'd you mount the rear shock to the diff?
