Evening Fellas... I'm parenting tonight, wifey is gone to town with some girlfriends (hers) for a sushi date. She's never had sushi before, I'm interested to see what she thinks of it. I'm not into it either. If its not a vegetable, I like it cooked. Fun sitting at the table with the kids. at 6 & 4, their conversations are pretty intense

My gut is just about better I think. Today it felt like a t-storm all day rumbling in there.

I`m not unhappy the weather is changing from sleds to quads Colin, that means spring isn`t too far away.
It`s sad to hear of another bad accident Sherm, seems that there has been way too many of them lately.

Morning everyone. Been working nights since Friday night, makes getting things done difficult when working 12 hour nights. Yesterday was my first 9 hour night though so I actually got some sleep. It was super nice this past weekend and Monday but I was stuck working .


During the weekend, one of my co-workers who isn't the best winter driver almost put us in the ditch on our way home. Coming up to the stop sign at the end of the roadway to/from our work was all good. Then when he started to make the turn onto the highway, he hit the gas a little hard and came around the corner sideway. He over corrected and ended up having the front two wheels slide into the side of the road/ditch area. Luck for him were able to put the truck in 4x4 and back out.


I could save you a lot of money Grant, I got a set of locking needle nose pliers that would work great for pulling teeth


Sherwin, glad you're feeling better. Also, with the raw fish you are thinking of sashimi, not sushi. Sushi is cooked, usually wrapped in rice and, for the most part, is usually really good. I thought the same thing until I was corrected by my girlfriend, who happens to love sushi.


Curtis, you're jumping the gun a little bit lol. I'm not engaged just yet. My lady knows we are getting engaged but she doesn't know when. Glad your truck was an easy fix

Good day everyone, just got up from my nap, first shift over and done and getting ready for #2, I know how you feel Randy, these half day long shifts suck.

It's not a competition Grant so no worries there.

Weather has been fairly nice here too with temps finally on the plus side of the scale and snow is slowly receding giving hopes of spring.

I went to start up the panel yesterday and had to put the battery on charge even though I had a battery maintainer on it. It didn't take much and it fired up, getting the itch to get it out on the road.
