Evening everyone. Another cold day here in Gillam, but that's normal this time of year... Hopefully everyone is staying warm!

When we lived in town, in our first house, we used to put our dogs in the basement laundry room when we would leave the house. We made sure they couldn't get at any of the detergents or cleaners, and put beds and water down there for them. They literally demolished that room to the point that one day they met us at the front door when we returned home. Nothing in the house had been touched, no telling how long they had been loose. Since that we would just give them a treat and a verbal "behave", and never was there an issue with leaving them to roam the house while we were away. My lab still enjoys that freedom, unfortunately the Rottie has since passed away. Our boxer was crate trained when we got her and she's ok with that so we continue to put her in her crate when we leave. Actually, she goes there when she sees us all getting ready to leave together. Randy, there's a good chance that you could leave your pup out and unattended with nothing happening. There's also a good chance that at 103lbs, he could limb your home
Sharing?? Damn, I was trying to pawn it all off on you.
We did start to kennel train out big dog when we first got him but he is our guard dog so he doesn't get kenneled any more. He is usually really good, I say really good because he is only 13 months old. He use to chew up shoes, so now we put the shoes away and all is well. He'll get better with time as well. Also he's chewed up my new steering stabilizer boot and a few little things. Now if we leave our little dog out, he's chewed our tv remote and one of my playstation controllers, their dog brush, and a few ipod charger cables and together destroyed our big dog's bed which was brand new and $100. During night time, both dogs usually sleep in their kennels but the doors are left open so they can come and go as they please. As long as we are home, no problem. Or as long as we put our little dog in the kennel, 99% of the time no problem.

Gerry, those are some nice looking cars. You need to get some pictures of the babes on the beach as well
It seems those people are looking out the window waiting for the weather to turn bad before they phone for deliveries. Anyways everything went smoothly and it didn't snow to much, at least it warmed up.

It seems that way, glad all went well. Tomorrow might be a different story I`m afraid.

Sounds like a great time Gerry....looks like you`re up past your usual bed time, good stuff!
Sweet truck Gerry, I think you're having too much fun down south. I'll come with my trailer to pick up that truck for you.
Randy, I'm not greedy. I'll just take all your snow and leave you with the cold.
We have a heavy snowfall warning out. Possible 25 cms over the course of today and tonight. Only an inch over night last night. I remember times back east growing up where we would get 10" of snow in a couple hours. We loved it. I still love snow, its this damned cold that pulls me under.
I use to dislike the cold with snow. Now that my snow business has expanded. Dont mind the cold because driveways are plowed and employees deal with the cold while shovelling walkways. Heck I purchased employees warm safety jackets for this reason.
That was awesome Grant. Thanks for posting, brought a tear to my eye.

I dislike the cold...love the snow. Nice of you to get your employees proper gear for the weather.
Gerry, those are some cool pics. Was that a little 4cyl cummins in that suzuki truck?
Lots of snow to clear here this am. Will be hooking the blower up to the tractor and giving it a whirl.
I get a ride Gerry, thanks for sharing, all the other pictures are awesome too!
