Happy Sunday mornin'all. It's clean the workbench day, then veg till the Walking Dead comes on. Sherm; Got any pic's of your construction project? Have a great day guy's.
Morning everyone, another cold day of -17 and -29 with wind.
I love the look of black and dark coloured trucks but after owning a black truck, I will never again own another dark vehicle. My girlfriend Explorer is a dark colour and I forgot how hard they are to wash... I do miss my F150 every now and then though. I think my next truck will be bright red...
Gerry that black truck does look pretty awesome but it needs smaller rim with more tire... and not purple rims either lol. The first car I had, had straight pipe exhaust and a super loud stereo lol.
Grant, glad the wheel bearing wasn't as bad as you thought
Is that old Merc one of your trucks Morris?? Or is that an old Ford?? I'm not so good with the really old vehicles.
There really isn't much to see or do up here Sherwin, unless you come up here hunting or go snowmobiling. There are the power dams to see and the very bright northern lights but other than that it just a cold, small town lol.
Thats a sweet truck Randy. I also agree with that truck Gerry posted, rims are way too big. I'm a big fan of 18" wheels with bigger rubber.
Grant, here are some pics of the reno, along with some other random pics floating around my photobucket account. I was hoping to get the roof sheeted today but the wind is stupid already.
An 83 F150 that I had played with for a while...
'08 F150...
Me and my best friend, sharing one of our many passions...
My wife would slap me silly if I went out looking for tail no matter what colour. Hope there's a change up in the game for you to make your day.
By the way your edition is looking pretty nice.
Staying by the fire today, it's another windy and cold day here.
It`s good that the wheel bearing wasn`t as bad to replace as you were told Grant.
That`s what I`m after Colin, an exhaust that an be heard but not so loud that it`s annoying after a while.
A couple of weeks ago I finally got my shop cupboard mounted plus got my annual fall/winter shop clean up started Grant.
While I like black trucks, I just bought one, but they are a lot of work to keep clean. I feel you can`t go wrong with resale red either.
That is my 53 Mercury 1 ton Randy, after I sold the motor out of it then it was relegated to being a parts truck. I still have my dark blue 56 F350 dually.
Thanks for the reno and truck pics Sherm, we love pics!
The Edmonton/Saskatchewan game didn`t go our way, once again it`s next year country for football tho the Hill Tops took the national championship and the University of Sask Husky`s foot ball team did well too.
