Hello All

Spent the last couple days at Falcon Trails in a cabin enjoying the hot tub. Woke this morning to 2cm of fresh heavy snow.

 

Same back at you Gerry, hope your weather is better than our`s.
Same here John, a dusting of snow over nite and showers for the next week.
Wow, that`s a long season, when is it over?
It`s snowing here again, is spring ever going to come....

 

I'm a bit disappointed, the mechanic I know from work did not show to do the safety on my panel. I was kind of hoping to get it licensed today. He didn't call to say he wasn't going to make it and I can't get hold of him either which bums me out too.

Ahhhhh, man. That's gotta be a bummer for sure. Myself, I wouldn't have slept for days knowing I could take a cruise in that baby. Can't stand it when something your trying to take care of is in the hands of someone else and, for me at least, always seem to letcha down and leave you hangin. I feel your pain John. Looks like my cousin got his Elka's in for his new quad. So I know that means i'll have to fire up #11 for the 1st time this season and head out to Seddons Corner to help him dial them in. Guess we'll see how the body hold up after 5 months off
I'll tell the wife I'll take it easy but I know what happens when I hit the rev limiter in 5th

 

That is a bummer, even worse yet is that you have no idea if he`s going to do it or when or if at all.
Be sure to take it easy, you don`t want another 5 months of the same.

Good evening everyone. Made it to Winnipeg safe and sound. Ended up losing the bottom bolt for my passenger side front shock but I was lucky enough to find a shop that was still open and he had a bolt that fit. It was a big pain to get in because of the location it needed a nut with a tail and this nut didn't have a tail so it was fun to try and tighten up but I got it. When I finally got to the perimeter a nice lifted white 2013/2014 Platinum Super Duty pulls up next to me, it had about a 4" lift with probably 35s and 22" rims and some recon headlights, just as we got to an 80 zone around the a set of lights. He stayed beside me as we got to the 100 zone and I knew he wanted to race. So I hear him punch it so I punch, he got a little bit of a jump because he started first but then no one gained or lost ground. When we let off I passed by him and gave him a thumbs up and it looked like he gave me a thumbs up back but it was dark and his windows were tinted

Hockey season is almost done? I'm assuming the Edge pass the warranty inspection with flying colours?

Sounds relaxing, I alway enjoy a nice soak in a hot tub, then again who doesn't??

I never race in my SD as its like a clydesdale with 37s. The 150 is the purebred race horse.

 

56, I know how you feel. My mechanic friend was suppose to re-caulk my tub as a wedding gift. We were away at Falcon Trails, Tues-Fri. This would give this tub plenty of time to set before arriving home. When we got home yesterday the job was half started with a mess every where. Needless to say I had to clean up the mess and complete the job.

Do not say your going to do something and not do it or half *** it.
