Wondering if the plow mounts so be re-installed on the trucks. Na its well into April and the snow contracts have expired.

My 250 took 1st in its class at World of Wheels. Never expected that. Not bad for a truck that had 27 snow/plow outings.

You should post some pics of your F250 Prop!!

Morning boys, Happy Easter. I have a little work to do in a basement job to finish up. My helper is off to enjoy all the Ukranian Easter festivities. My dogs chased a couple rabbits this am, that was their Easter fun I'll think of the true reason throughout the day as I do every other day...

Hey, does anyone know if Bronco's were ever made that they could be completely convertible? I'm looking for a 4x4 convertible and can only think of the Jeep Wrangler series (yj, tj, cj)... Open to suggestions.

There is a few pictures posted in my profile.

Did the Ram Charger come completely convertible? There is a white (OJ Simpson) Bronco that might be for sale here in Peg.

Gooooooood Morning and Happy Easter everyone!!

May tackle some rusty bumpers today. Bought some crappy tire bed liner yesterday. Gotta get rid of that darn rust. Looks like crap.

Bummer on the weather Sask, I think we have some coming our way but with the warm weather it'll be mostly rain. Kinda looking forward to it, still have a foot and a half of snow covering the entire yard.

TJ, ever see or tango with that 1000hp black 08+ duty out there. I saw it in a shop that's helping me with my tranny. They redid the motor and tranny. He split the tranny in 1/2 with the HP. Crazyness!! Congratt's on the placing at the show BTW.

I know the 77 and older are full convertibles. 78 and up are 1/2 convertibles. Anytime I could take the top off the ole 80 I had, it was off!!

Thank you. No I have not since that truck but would like to. What shop is at? Maxim Muffler & Auto does all my mechanical work. I am heading there shortly to make a dolly for my plows. Trans Tech did all my gears on 150. Owner Paul has over 25yrs of experience and does great work.

That's the shop thats helping me fix the tranny I just had fully rebuilt elsewhere. Jason and Randy were super helpfull. TransTec. Unfortunately Al, at heads up, gave me there number a day late. They, heads, had two shops that turned down the rebuild, then he gave me TT's number a day after I had it towed to a shop in Selkirk. That point I was already waiting for 3+ weeks for them to get me quotes on it. Damnit!!! I know Al and they were going to pull it out for me and farm it out. Now that I know about the guys on Plessis, I ain't taking my truck anywhere else ever again. Unless it's something I can tackle at home.
Either way, I have it programmed with PHP now. ECM and FICM. It's better but not 100%. I think it's a communication (electrical) or low pressure issue. 3-5th long flair. All other gears the TC locks and holds very very well now. the 3-5 is wonky too, somethimes it shifts fine, other times it's all over the place. Hopefully next week Jason will get me in, scan it, I'll probably let them tear it down just to double check everything and i'm confident it'll be 110% once their done with it.

Hard to find trustworthy shops these days. Even trustworthy places to buy aftermarket parts. I probably made 25 calls trying to find parts, info, pricing on my transmission (the shop fixing it should have done all this... i know) and the ONLY one that actually phoned ME back was Jason or Randy.
I should also thank Mark K from this site as well. He answered all my PM's pretty much right away

The only full convertible 4x4s I know of are the 66-77 first gen Broncos, the Wrangler series Jeeps, and the 68-72 full size Blazer/Jimmy.

So its a transvestite van - looks good on the outside, then you pop the hood and get a surprise

Wow there is a 1000hp Powerstoke in Winnipeg?? I'm guessing it never gets driven in the winter, has never pulled a trailer, and has never seen mud?? That's not a truck to me, that's just pointless lol. Yeah it would be nice to brag you have a 1000hp truck but whats the point if you can't or don't use it like a truck??

Hows the prices at Total Performance? I've been told that they are way over priced. When I bought my lift for my F150 I went to Softy's and he was only $300 over the American price (would have cost me that in shipping from the states).

I priced out a levelling kit, 33s & rims for my f150 through total performance, the kit and install seemed reasonable, but the tires and rims were a tad high, bout 300$ more then the other quote I was getting...

Do any of you guys ever deal with cc customs??

CC Customs is on Salter and their shop is small. Staff was not to knowledgeable and attempted to push a product that was in their store that would not fit my truck. This product being spacers for the 250 that had to fit hub and not lug.

Total Performance is a tight fit on St Mary's. I normally park truck with trailer along the side walk as this street here turns into three lanes. Warren and Jim are knowledgeable, use many products on their own vehicles and are a huge sponsor of World of Wheels.

Not a great weekend for having a car show, it can`t decide whether to rain or snow so it`s doing both!
