We had a decent day here in BC. The odd little shower but no snow where I was.

 

We`ve had some pretty nice days this last week here too Chris but -19°C by Sat evening and the start of next week isn`t much better.

 

Looks like the coldest over the next 5 days will be Saturday overnight. They are saying -5*C. I think I can handle that.

It`s -4 here now but this next week isn`t near as nice.

 

I don't think too many people enjoy being sick Morris lol. A co-worker of mine calls in sick almost every week and then complains that he doesn't get any over time. We like to make jokes and say that he only works part time

Happy Thursday all, another week on the way out. Summer's one step closer. Seen a guy out hot rodding in a little short box chevy yesterday. Seems as though he thought it was a pretty cool ride. I think summer will find him looking at a Cobra's taillights at some point

Do it Sherwin! Show him whos boss. I got a buddy in town with a 2011 Jeep Wrangler, lifted on 35s and he thinks its fast because he beat a Honda Civic with it hahaha! I'm thinking I'll have to show him what a diesel can do this summer

91 w/565,000 till tranny broke(5 spd). Blew on the way to a race in Brandon, made it there in 4th. Managed to get it rolling after the race and made it all the way home (3hours) till it piled up right where I stopped. Bought it used with 30,000 on it. AWESOME reg cab 2wd with a 4.0 in it. Greatest truck i've ever owned!! Oil, tires, brakes
My 2008 however.....SUCKED!! No power with a 4.0. 13.5MPG.

Sherwin, one of my customers from last season who i'm doing a garage reno on once healed is SELLING HIS 89 GT COBRA. Black with the red stripe (everyone remembers those ones) He hasn't put it up for sale yet but was IMO hinting at a barter!!! He's owned since new, never winter driven, stored inside always. I have this feeling deeeeeeep down in the gut, I WANT THIS CAR!!! Or wait, it's itchy stiches
After being laid up since Jan, FINALLY have something to possibly look forward to other than returning to work!!!! May be jumping the gun at bit here, gut's telling me otherwise tho!!


Well it's a decent day out there, calling for snow tonight. Probably get ugly cause when the call for 1-3cm it usually means 6-8" here at home.
