hi morris,
were going to make it! these people can't do this to us!!! like i told sherm we filed papers already to stop it! and if i could ask for donations i would but thats not legal!!
that would be fraud! i don't want to do that!
Jack,
I sorta know what you are going through. The only thing is that I did lose it all, to that damned X, then she lost it all. I just could not believe it when the ******* bank drug me back into court and tried to force me to pay for thier loss.
When I told the judge what I attempted to do (I wanted to take the mortgage back over) when the dingbat lost it and the bank refused, the judge threw it out. But before it did he awarded me damages for the difference, my time/expenses and the humilation of the bank printing my name in the paper for the suit.
Score one for me and zero for Chase. They are a damn bunch of crooks.
Hopefully it happens before you start out, otherwise it`s going to be an awful crappy trip.
I'm not too worried about road conditions. I've been thru it all with the Expy and it hasn't let me down yet. It AWD and I have 285 BF A/T's which are great on the snow and ice.
Did ya pick it up before winter, when they were relatively "cheap"?
I bought it in September. The salesman at the Ski-doo dealership had owned it before and just traded it off on a newer sled. A friend that I work with has a brother who is a mechanic there so I had the inside line on it. I picked it up for 4900 and it has all the bells and whistles.
Naw, nothing suprised me during the divorce, everything was well hidden by her lawyer, it was all of the other bull**** I found out after it that surprised the hell out of me.
It`s bummer but hopefully it`s gets better for you Jack.
While you have the Expy it`s always nice to have decent road conditions when travelling with your family, have a safe trip Corey.
