Bet your *** that would hurt. I had a snowboarding accident maybe 14 years ago, pretty sure I mashed the ball in about the same as you.

For the words, he called it a "Pain in the ***," then called it Sciatia.

That exercise he wants me to do hurts like hell too, but I have got to get mobile again and have to do it.

Just wait until you are older, it will do more than haunt you. What you do to your body when you are young will terrorize you later.

Ya know what though man, if ya take decent care of your self, it doesnt get too bad (not like Im that old yet!)

Heres a tip for ya guys, stretch. The more ya stretch out your body, the better. When i started working at the tire shop, hoisting those big tires around all day, I could feel it. I started stretching my muscles every day, and next thing ya know I felt ten times better.

Working out/keeping fairly fit helps alot too. Ya dont have to be a gym rat, or a mr universe either. You can go and do light weights, look exactly the same, and feel ten times as good.

And i know some people think they dont have any time in the day for it, but there is always time, ya just gotta make time for it.

When i was working 12-18 hours a day up north in alberta, I would find time to stretch, a quick workout, and even time for FTE (when there was internet!)

Yeah i suppose I cant compare that, but you can always integrate a kid into a light/short workout, stretch session! (my womans sister does this, gets her baby involved as much as possible at home, creates a kind of play time for the baby exercise time for her)

Theres always a way good sir, ya just gotta figure out a way

well...i'm working long before the baby wakes up, and only home a short time before she goes to bed, and my own bed time... no time for workouts here. i stretch as i'm going through the door, and i often stretch my wallet...

luckily i make my job an active one.
