Oh yeah, I had a great holiday, other than suffering from a bad stab of pain that decided that it wanted to try to ruin it. It has really been bad for the past four days. I just wish the docs could find it. But the new year is coming, hopefully it will bering betterand new adventures.

I totally agree. The docs have pretty much got my hips and lower back to the point I can now tolerate it. My shoulder is coming along about the same route. It is just that stabbing pain in my left side that they cannot find the cause. I know with the authritus that I have, I will never be back at 100% and they are still taking about disability. I would just love to have a day where I can push the pain into the background and enjoy myself.

Tammie does a great job. When I am in extreme pain and the drugs do not work, she is right there with a comforting word and a massage which really helps.

For you fellas with the aches and pains, do you ever stretch your body out? I read an article one time that talked about stretching in the morning and in the evening to feel better, I tried it (not that i felt that bad before) and I felt great! Its surprising how much it helped out.

You dont have to overdo it and be the worlds flexible man right off the bat, but start slowly. It takes 5-10 minutes a day.

For the little time it takes, it might be worth it to give it an honest shot.

The docs does that strech (a machine actually does it) to me three times a week and yes "it do feel good." I am on it for 20 minutes with a 100 pound pull. Then the heated massage and joint workout. Before he started, I could not walk 10 steps. At least now I can walk around the block. But that is about as far as I can get. And I can tell when he skips an appointment.

Just like cats do we need to stretch but it`s not much help for arthritis, old injuries or worn out joints.

Yeah that arthritis is tough to combat. Old injuries, and worn out joints feel better with loose muscles around them (comfortabley loose ). You should try it Morris it may surprise ya!

Paul, Ive never seen a stretching machine before, except on horror movies! Is that sorta how they work?
How do they work out your joints, if you dont mind me asking?? Id be curious to know how to do that!
