So now I feel guilty about hijacking the thread so here's some work in progress photos of Project Hulk (wife named it because of original color and size!)
Welded in the patches and now getting body work fixed
Ah man! That is one drawback for these SuperCabs that there are certain parts that can't be replaced for new.
Thanks for the link for the headliner though, really appreciate that. The wife is handy with a sewing machine and crafty stuff so should be able to pull something off!
So.....anyone fancy selling me a side mounted aux tank for a SuperCab???
I've got one I'm not using here in Washington State, about as far away as you can get, but it's an option.
Here is a truck that I missed out on. I am currently looking for a truck to build and a long term project is to build a Supercab with a short bed. I am wondering if a Supercab short bed is the same length as a standard cab long bed?
This is a sweet truck and the interior is in great shape. It sold quick.

If it's in one piece and not leaking I'm interested. We could work out a price and shipping etc if I don't find anything else closer which I don't think I will!

So still unable to find an aux tank for my SuperCab so resorted to reaching out to Gas Tank Renu to get a quote for repairing the old leaky tank. $600 is what they've told me! Nearly had a fit!
SO reaching out again to see if either anyone in the SuperCabs community has an aux tank they don't need, or anyone in the Orlando area who knows of somewhere I can get aforementioned leaky tank repaired without having to supply them with a kidney as a down payment!
Would love to hear back from some of you guys with thoughts, suggestions, places to check into or tanks for sale! Thanks!

OR has anyone fitted an aftermarket tank under the tool box in the front of the bed with any success? It sounds daft I know, but I really like the dual tank feature on my truck and am wanting to go back original as much as possible. If I have to sacrifice and put the extra gas tank in the bed then I will but would rather not have to do that if I can get away with it.
I might have found a place I can get the gas tank repaired! It's a radiator repair shop near me and I'm going to drop the tank and take it to him to have a look over it. Fingers crossed!
I've only had it since '98 and it's only traveled maybe 7000 miles since then but then Lowe's is only 3 miles down the road
It's got a 390, two factory tanks and a saddle tank on the passenger side. It's GVRW is 7500, making it hard to find springs but I was able to rebuild the front end last weekend, except for springs that is.
It was used to haul a fifth wheel in the past and still sports the attachment points for a rooftop wind deflector. I've pulled the butchered second battery wiring along with the non-functional trailer brake controller.
It's not a DD but could be. My other truck, a '97 Crown Vic, gets slightly better mileage so it's my DD.
