The e-van swap donor straight across starts at 92 possibly & 94 to 96 is a certainty, so your 97 should be fine 97 unless there was a major redesign.
You can look at rebuilt e-van saginaws all day at rock across those years listed. The bracket is not aftermarket.
When you see one in place you'll see how it fits. Get the bolts just in case but I'm reasonably sure they're the same.
Just get the pulley cause your ford corporate pump's pulley is too small.
