Basically saying nothing about it and quoted "special" because they have no clue and no other information. Interesting though that's for sure. Need to find that guy who is retired and worked on the assembly line or even the front office that could shed some more light on this interesting topic. But, at least we know know that the Marti Report doesn't say much.
Yep,,, I guess for 40 bucks, I was looking for a bit more than what I already know and/or can find out from searching! I thought it would at least give me a total # built or something along those lines,,, but of course I can pay for more info,,, I mean, I understand time is money, but I don't feel I got my money's worth first time so I don't really want to spend more,,, and then of course the trans goes out on the wife's Excursion Monday,, after 43k miles on a Ford rebuild, AND I am 6 mos. past the 3yr warranty and they wont do anything,, like the first time it went out 1000 miles over 100,000 and they said so solly chollie,,, ooops,, sorry for the rant,, been one of those days!!
Well I would be up to kicking in some for the full report. Anyone else. Ya all think it's worth it? Or just a scam? Wheres ND Bill? Is he AOWL again. Hope he is okay.

ND has no more of an idea what an F130 is than the rest of us...
My F-150 Custom's GVWR indicates that its a 3/4 as well. It has all heavier duty suspension than I've seen on a normal half-ton to back this up, and sits way higher than any other stock F150. I know the original owner; he swears he never modified it (He sent it to the scrapyard, I rescued it from there). However the VIN indicated a good F14 code. Built in Ontario

Mine still has 5 lugs, but theres no mistaking the 3/4 ton suspension
And the VIN is F13 , , , that is what makes it odd,, and hard to find info for, I am going to email Marti and see if we can work something out,,, I'm not going to pay an arm and a leg on truck thats not worth 10k!
Ok,, called Marti,, he really doesn't have anything more than what is on the deluxe report,,, and @ $80 hr NOT gonna pay that for no new info! Back to square 3!!
Didn't ND Bill or someone tell of a Ford museum with archives or something back a ways in this thread?
Unfortunately Ford no longer has any records concerning these trucks. Quite a while ago they were going to destroy all the records, Kevin Marti found out and made a deal with Ford. He mainly wanted the Mustang/Cougar material but it was a package deal.
Ford used to (untill recently) send to owners who requested it basically the same info as the Marti report contained for free but they've discontinued the practice. When Ford Customer Service did get a request, they had to go to Marti to get the info.
So, as far as getting any info from Ford, I'd say it's a lost cause. To get any info you'd have to TALK to someone who was there at the time and knew what you were talking about.
Like Pickupmanx2 said "the trick is finding that someone".
