Hi, I'm looking to put an aerotank into my 71 f250 4x4. How did you find the clearance of the filler tube between the frame and box, and what did you do with it from there?

Your truck stance looks great and is just what I'm wanting to do with my bone stock '76 Highboy. What size wheels/tires are those? Offset, specs? Thanks in advance.

Absolutely love your truck. I'm restoring my 76 ford highboy, it had a 360 in it when I bought it new, then a 390 and now I'm putting in a 429. I have a hundred questions but will start with just a few so I don't overwhelm you. What engine do you have in yours? Do you have a lift on it and how much? What size tires and wheels? Do you have a gas tank behind the seat, behind the rear axle or on the side? I'm just nicely getting started on mine, retired a year and a half ago and frame sandblasted, painted, new brakes, wheel bearings, had 429 overhauled and trans, and now am replacing some seals on my divorced transfer case and hope to be putting some parts back in the truck soon. Really like your truck I hope mine looks that good someday. Thanks Bruce

Hey how are ya? I am getting ready to install aftermarket gauges in my truck and really like your setup. How exactly did you get that look? I took the back off my oem gauges but I still have plastic where you have none. What yr did yours come from? I have a 1974 F-250 but the cab is from a '76 F-100 if that makes a difference. I'm also planning to use AutoMeter gauges. How difficult is it to hook up these to our trucks? Anything extra I mayneedto purchase when ordering my gauges? Any help and info is appreciated.

I figured out my whole steering set up with a drop pitman arm and drag link now I'm getting my truck together and trying figures out which would be my best root for a power steering pump... I was wondering what you used for a pump with your converstion?

Buck, I saw that you did a intergral steering change over in your restoration on the highboy. I have a 77 and I plan on doing a similar swap with a 78 250 4wd box, My question is that I have a skyjacker 4inch lift in my truck and I was wondering if i would need just the Stock 78 pitman arm or should I get a dropped arm ?Also what did you use for springs in your truck?

Check out the louisville craigslist. 79 f250 for sale. Hard to tell about the rust on it, but the dana additions make it interesting. No title, but I would have him go to the county and apply for lost title in front of me before even considering it. Also if you know anyone looking for a 2wd camper special there is one on Nashville Clist with 60k original miles.

For removal of the dent side raceway trim, are the nuts/retainers visible? Do I need to take off door panels? Also the dentside trim on the fenders, do you get at them from underneath the truck or inside hood? Thanks Geoff
