Hello everybody my name is Greg I live in soldotna alaska. I own 4 fords- 2003 F250 FX4 6.0, 1985 F250 6.9, 1976 F150 351 and 1975 F250 highboy. I work out in cook inlet on the plateforms. I work on my own trucks exept the 03 its still under warranty,I have 9.5 TC, boats, snowmachines and four wheelers. I fish all summer long, hunt in the fall and play in the caribou hills in the winter.

Hey gt, what do you do on the rigs?? Are you a up at the north end or down on the south end??
I used to work out there myself. Drug up last summer. Catering was the pits.

My 75 is my plow truck it has a 390 in it , the 76 has a 351W when I bought my place the guy through it in with the plow. Its not in that bad of shape, it was not taken care of very well. Took the plow off of it and put on the 75, on the 75 I rebuilt the front axle put power stering on it, replaced bad seals and new mounts on motor and transfer case. I call it my all american truck because it has a blue cab and fenders a red hood and a red and white box. I was going to start ordering replacement body parts until my daughter got in a wreck with it this summer- tweaked the frame upfront, the only thing that keep it from getting totaled was the plow mount we drove it home but the chevy that hit it had to towed off hahaha.

Welcom to FTE this site is the best.. Im in anchroage also. i have a few old fords. and some old chevys too.. even had a dodge one time. Nice to see you new people getting on FTE still. YEAH WELCOMeRay
