Right. Getting his own wheels off in the dirt to force his rival wider yet? Is there ever a penalty? Blocking is one thing, but attempting to wreck another car........ He goes slower to go as wide as he did... Twice!
I get it one the Speed Channel. They usually show practice, qualifying and the races in separate shows. They also have some discussion shows. All on Speed. But there is a lot on the net as well, just hunt it down, there are lots of sites.
Some races are shown on Fox as well. (I think 5 races a year)

The thing was, he clearly pushed both cars off track, and violated the guideline of giving one lane... but wasn't punished
Here’s a schedule and network listing for F1 in 2012 in the USA. As usual, the majority of races will be on SPEED, with a few obligatory races this summer on FOX. All times listed are EST. Races broadcast on FOX in the past have usually featured live practice and qualifying before each race on SPEED.
2nd Practice is usually on the Fri before the race and Qualifying is on Sat. Times are near what is listed below. Except on Fox who screws up what ever they touch in auto racing.... (IMO) Example is starting the broadcast AFTER the race has started and of course no pre-race or post race interviews..... You need to see the watch the re-play on Speed later in the week for the race Winner, 2nd & 3rd place media interview with the Drivers; something broadcast by the "World Feed" at the end of every F1 Qualifying and Race. Fox doesn't think that is important to the F1 viewers who have been watching them for years.... (end rant)
Fox sucks when they show it, Speed has VERY competent folks, then when they move to Fox it is the same guys, only they are asked to dumb it down a bit ...which really hurts the viewers..
.they are supposed to try not to dumb it down so much and keep the tech side of it going....this year...we will see
If you are going to see a few...the must see is....UNBELIEVABLE tracks
Monaco
Great Britain
Germany
Belgium
Singapore
Abu Dhabi
United States

Alonso Quote:
As for the incident with Rosberg, I can only say that if, instead of such a wide run-off area there had been a wall, I’m not sure I’d be here now to talk about it.

If he is punished it will be at the start of the next race.... No word yet.
