Cool we got a new guy....that should make four of us...hehe...we will slowly over take all others...I mean R E A L slow.
I do think the test in Barcelona will start to rack and stack...the Merc boys have the blown front wing will be questionable...and if the others will tell Charlie W to look...you know the FIA has been watching as close as Ferrari exhaust...which the approved no McL will need to pass exhaust test.
Real good link on the blown front...this is the version they used the last race...some say the last two.
I'm still floating around , thanks for the email reminder of this thread.
Don't know about the rest of you , but glad to see Kimi Raikkanen back this year.
Will be good to see him racing the likes of Schummacher , wonder if he will be able to knock Alonso Down a peg or two for taking his place in 2009
Kimi will be good if he just shows up, I am a Ferrari fan ...don't really care who drives it just want 120% effort all the time, Kimi was and still could be the very fastest on the track any time if he just shows up for every race.
...and thanks for coming back...funny this thread goes back to 04
The complexity of those front wings is amazing. I guess all that stuff is for some purpose....
I'm glad to see Kimi back too. But the driver has to have a good car. There is an enormous amount of talent in F1, guys who can wring out every bit of the car's potential. So Kimi in a Lotus? Do you expect to see him on the podium? Depends on what they have done with the Lotus in the off season.
The Red Bull has been the dominant car for a while now. But talent makes a difference. Look at the standings of their two drivers.
Red Bull Came from far far behind to become the dominant car. (Money?) I expect a strong showing from Mercedes this year, they certainly have what it takes.
And what about Ferrari? We know that they have what it takes also, have they made the effort this year?
If you are into the technical side and one that is explained VERY well go here....look on the right side and just go through some of them it is really good.
